TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 27

Resignation of Commissioner. 
27. A Commissioner may resign his office by writing under his hand delivered
to the Governor-General, but the resignation does not have effect until it is
accepted by the Governor-General.
