TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 54

Division 5-Tenure of Office
54. (1) An officer who has attained the age of 60 years is entitled to retire
from the Service if the officer desires to do so, but may, subject to this
Part, continue in the Service until he attains the age of 65 years.

(2) An officer who attains the age of 65 years ceases to be an officer.
