TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 8
Wireless telegraphy.
8. The Commission is not authorized by this Act to establish, erect, maintain
or use stations and appliances for the purpose of transmitting or receiving
messages by means of wireless telegraphy except in accordance with licences
granted to the Commission under the Wireless Telegraphy Act.
