TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 88

Interference with telecommunications services.
88. (1) A person shall not manipulate, tamper with or interfere with any
telecommunications installation belonging to the Commission in such a manner
as to hinder the normal operation of a telecommunications service provided by
the Commission.

(2) A person shall not use or operate any apparatus or device, whether or not
it is connected to a telecommunications installation belonging to the
Commission or used in connexion with a telecommunications system in such a
manner as to hinder the normal operation of a telecommunications service
provided by the Commission.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
