TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1975 No. 55 of 1975 - SECT 90

Damage to installations, &c. 
90. A person shall not wilfully damage, deface, interfere with, remove or
destroy a telecommunications installation or any part thereof belonging to the
Commission.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.
