TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on 1 July 1991.

(2) Sections 1 and 2 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent.

(3) Sections 116 and 120 commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(4) If sections 116 and 120 do not commence under subsection (3) of this
section before 1 January 1992, they commence on that day.
