TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 21
Inclusion of a service in a BCS tariff
21. A basic carriage service of a particular kind is included in a carrier's
BCS tariff if, and only if, the tariff complies, or purports to comply, with
subsections 190 (5), (6) and (8) in relation to that kind of basic carriage
service.
