TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 238
This Division does not limit other Trade Practices Act exceptions
238. Sections 236 and 237 have effect for the purposes of subsection 51 (1) of
the Trade Practices Act 1974, but do not affect by implication the application
of section 51 of that Act otherwise than because of those sections.
