TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 326
Levy not to be distributed until paid
326. No amount is payable under section 325 in relation to a financial year
unless and until:
(a) AUSTEL has made an assessment under section 308 for that financial
year; and
(b) each carrier in respect of which levy was assessed has paid the levy.
