TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 33
Act subject to Radiocommunications Act
33. (1) This Act has effect subject to the Radiocommunications Act 1983.
(2) However, to avoid doubt, the fact that a person holds a licence under the
Radiocommunications Act 1983 does not entitle the person to do something that
the person is prohibited by or under this Act from doing, unless a condition
of that licence requires the person to do that thing.
