TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 354
Application
354. (1) This Division provides for the enforcement by the Minister of the
conditions of licences held by carriers.
(2) A reference in this Division to a condition of a licence does not include
a reference to a condition for which paragraph 62 (b) provides.
