TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 375
Voting at meetings
375. (1) A question is decided by a majority of the votes of the members
present and voting.
(2) The person presiding at a meeting has a deliberative vote and, if
necessary, also a casting vote.
