TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 391

391. (1) AUSTEL must prepare estimates, in such form as the Minister directs,
of its receipts and expenditure for each financial year and, if the Minister
so directs, for any other period specified by the Minister.

(2) AUSTEL must submit estimates so prepared to the Minister not later than
such date as the Minister directs.

(3) AUSTEL's money must not be expended otherwise than in accordance with the
estimates of expenditure approved by the Minister.
