TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 45
General powers
45. (1) AUSTEL has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done
for, or in connection with, the performance of its functions.
(2) Subsection (1) is not limited by any other provision of this or any other
Act that confers a power on AUSTEL.
