TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 56

56. (1) An eligible corporation may apply to the Minister, in a manner and
form approved by the Minister, for a general telecommunications licence or a
public mobile licence.

(2) The Minister may require an applicant for a licence to give the Minister
such further information in relation to the application as he or she thinks
necessary.
