TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 58

Revocation of licence
58. (1) The Minister may by writing revoke a licence if:

   (a)  the holder of the licence so requests in writing; or

   (b)  in his or her opinion, the holder of the licence is about to cease to
        be an eligible corporation.

(2) A licence is revoked by force of this subsection if at any time the holder
of the licence is not an eligible corporation.

(3) Revocation of a licence does not affect an obligation of the holder of the
licence to do an act if the obligation arose before the revocation, whether it
arose under this Act or a condition of the licence or otherwise.
