TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 9

Facilities within the boundaries of a telecommunications network comprising a reserved line link

9. A facility that is not beyond the boundaries of a reserved line link is
within the boundaries of a telecommunications network:

   (a)  that is constituted by the line link; or

   (b)  of which the line link forms part.
