TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1991 No. 98 of 1991 - SECT 96
Acts done on behalf of a carrier
96. (1) None of sections 90, 91, 92, 93, 102, 109 and 111 prevents a person
from doing anything for or on behalf of a general carrier.
(2) Section 94 does not prevent a person from doing anything for or on behalf
of a mobile carrier.
