TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 158

A draft or approved universal service plan for an area is a plan that sets out
how the universal service provider for that area will progressively fulfil the
universal service obligation (in so far as the obligation relates to that
area). Note: An approved universal service plan is a draft universal service
plan that has been approved by the Minister.
