TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 541

541 When is a thing connected with an offence?
For the purposes of this Division, a thing is connected with a particular
offence if it is:

   (a)  a thing in respect of which the offence has been committed; or

   (b)  a thing that may afford evidence about the commission of the offence;
        or

   (c)  a thing that was used, or is intended to be used, for the purposes of
        committing the offence.
