TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 No. 47 of 1997 - SECT 586

For the purposes of this Act, if a document is given to a partner of a
partnership in accordance with section 28A of the Acts  Interpretation Act
1901 , the document is taken to have been given to the partnership.
