TELECOMMUNICATIONS AMENDMENT ACT 1997 No. 48 of 1997 - SECT 2

(1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the twenty-eighth day after
the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part 2 of Schedule 1 commences immediately after the commencement of Part
1 of that Schedule.
