TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROTECTION OF SUBMARINE CABLES AND OTHER MEASURES) ACT 2005 No. 104, 2005 - SECT 2

Commencement

(1): Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3. Schedule 1, Part 2	Immediately after the commencement of the provisions in Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Act. However, if Part 1 of Schedule 1 to this Act commences before section 6 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005 , the provision(s) do not commence at all.	20 September 2005
4. Schedule 2	The day after this Act receives the Royal Assent.	24 August 2005
