TOBACCO ADVERTISING PROHIBITION ACT 1992 No. 218 of 1992 - SECT 30

30. Subject to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975, an application
may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a review of a decision
made under subsection 9(5), 17(2), 18(2) or 18(3).
