TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL SERVICES (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS) ACT 1989No. 63, 1989 - SECT 11

11. After section 3 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Interpretation-Telecommunications Act

"3A. Unless the contrary intention appears, expressions used in this Act, and
in the Telecommunications Act 1989, have the same respective meanings as in
that Act.".
