TERTIARY EDUCATION QUALITY AND STANDARDS AGENCY ACT 2011 (NO. 73, 2011) - SECT 11
Application to external Territories and outside Australia
(1) This Act extends to every external Territory.
(2) Except so far as the contrary intention appears, this Act extends to
acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia.
