TERTIARY EDUCATION QUALITY AND STANDARDS AGENCY ACT 2011 (NO. 73, 2011) - SECT 13

                   TEQSA must comply with the following principles when exercising a power under this Act in relation to a regulated entity:

                     (a)  the principle of regulatory necessity;

                     (b)  the principle of reflecting risk;

                     (c)  the principle of proportionate regulation.
