(1)

The Corporation must hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.

(2)

The Chair:

(a) may convene a meeting at any time; and
(b) must convene a meeting on receipt of a written request signed by at least 2 other members.

(3)

Meetings are to be held at such places as the Chair determines.
