The Chief Executive is to manage the affairs of the Corporation subject to the directions of, and in accordance with policies determined by, the Corporation.

A thing is taken to have been done by the Corporation if it is done in the name of the Corporation, or on behalf of the Corporation:

(a) by the Chief Executive; or
(b) with the authority of the Chief Executive.
