TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 19

Person in receipt, &c., of money for non-resident

19. Section 85 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:

"(4) In this section, 'duty or tax' includes an additional amount payable
under section 70 or 81.".
