TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 201

Regulations 
201. Section 70 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1A) "Minister for the Capital Territory" and substituting "Minister for
Territories and Local Government".
