TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 294

294. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "the next succeeding sub-section, be
        appointed for terms of seven years" and substituting "sub-section (2),
        be appointed for terms of 7 years";

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "fifty-eight" and substituting "58";

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "sixty-five" and substituting "65";
        and

   (d)  by omitting sub-sections (4) and (5).
