TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 299

299. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting "Part" and substituting "Division";
(b) by inserting "taxation" after "prescribed" in the definition of

"defendant";
(c) by omitting from the definition of "defendant" "in accordance with section
10" and substituting "in the manner permitted by sub-section 10 (1)";
(d) by inserting "prescribed taxation" after "in relation to the" in the
definition of "defendant"; and
(e) by omitting the definitions of "fine", "prescribed offence" and

"taxation Act".
