TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 302

Limitation of action to enforce payment of fine

302. Section 13 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting "taxation" after "prescribed"; and
(b) by inserting "prescribed taxation" after "convicted of the".
