TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 329

329. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (9) and
substituting the following sub-section:

"(9) Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in section 215 of the
Assessment Act to tax shall be deemed to include a reference to-

   (a)  recoupment tax;

   (b)  late payment tax; and

   (c)  additional tax under Part VII of the Assessment Act in its application
        for the purposes of this Act.".
