TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 7

Duty stamps 
7. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from sub-section (1) "or of additional amounts payable by
        way of penalty under section 70 of this Act"; and

   (b)  by omitting from sub-section (1) ", for denoting the payment of those
        additional amounts".
