FURTHER AMENDMENT OF THE SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) ACT
1935 RELATING TO OFFENCES Section 7-
Omit "not less than Two dollars or more than Forty dollars for any breach of
the regulations", substitute "not exceeding a fine of $500 for offences
against the regulations".
