TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1986 No. 154 of 1986 - SECT 29

29. Section 160AAB of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraph (1) (d) and substituting the following
        paragraph:

"(d) Suncorp Insurance and Finance, being a body corporate established by a
law of Queensland;"; and

   (b)  by adding at the end of sub-section (1) the following word and
        paragraph:

"; or (f) the State Insurance Office established by a law of Victoria.".
