TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 4) 1986 No. 154 of 1986 - SECT 36

36. Section 160ZZK is amended by adding at the end the following sub-section:

"(8) Nothing in section 170 prevents the amendment of an assessment at any
time for the purpose of giving effect to this section.".
