TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CARRIER LICENCE FEES) ACT 1991 No. 89 of 1991 - SECT 7
Recovery of fee
7. A fee payable under this Act may be recovered in a court of competent
jurisdiction as a debt due to the Commonwealth.
