TRADE MARKS ACT 1995 No. 119 of 1995 - SECT 13
Definition of remove from the Register
13. A trade mark is taken to have been removed from the Register if the
Registrar makes an entry in the Register to the effect that all entries in the
Register relating to the trade mark are taken to have been removed from the
Register.
