TRANSFER OF PRISONERS ACT 1983 NO. 95 OF 1983 - SECT 13

Representation

13. (1) At a hearing of a proceeding under section 10 in relation to an
application for a trial transfer order, the applicant and the prisoner to whom
the application relates are each entitled to appear or to be represented by a
legal practitioner.

(2) At a hearing of a proceeding under section 11 in respect of the review of
a decision granting or refusing to grant an application under section 8 for a
trial transfer order, or a proceeding under section 12 for the revocation of a
trial transfer order made under section 8, the Attorney-General and the
prisoner to whom the application or trial transfer order relates are each
entitled to appear or to be represented by a legal practitioner.

(3) At a hearing of a proceeding under section 11 in respect of the review of
a decision granting or refusing to grant an application under section 9 for a
trial transfer order, or a proceeding under section 12 for the revocation of a
trial transfer order made under section 9, the applicant for the trial
transfer order, the Attorney-General and the prisoner to whom the application
or trial transfer order relates are each entitled to appear or to be
represented by a legal practitioner.
