TRANSFER OF PRISONERS ACT 1983 NO. 95 OF 1983 - SECT 33

33. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing matters-

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act,
and, in particular-

   (c)  prescribing the manner in which notices and other documents under this
        Act may be given or served; and

   (d)  making provision for or in relation to the dissemination to
        Commonwealth prisoners of information concerning the operation of this
        Act, the Removal Acts and the State transfer laws.
