TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 18

Approved auditor (1) A reference in this Part to an approved auditor is a reference to a person included in a class of persons specified in a written determination made by the ACA for the purposes of this section.

(2) A copy of a determination under subsection (1) is to be published in the Gazette .
