TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 33
Minister may formulate requirements for draft plans
(1) The Minister may, by writing, formulate requirements to be complied with
by draft universal service plans.
(2) The following are examples of requirements:
(a) timetables for the supply
of services;
(b) performance standards relating to the fulfilment of the universal
service obligation;
(c) the form of a draft universal service plan.
(3) An instrument under subsection (1) is a disallowable instrument for the
purposes of section 46A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
