TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 55

No levy payable unless at least one claim for a levy credit is made (1) This section applies to a financial year if, at the end of the period of 90 days after the end of the financial year, no claim for a levy credit for that financial year has been lodged under section 54.

(2) No person is liable to pay an amount of levy in respect of the financial year.
