TELECOMMUNICATIONS (CONSUMER PROTECTION AND SERVICE STANDARDS) ACT 1999 - SECT 82

Universal Service Reserve (1) The Universal Service Reserve that was, immediately before the commencement of this section, in existence because of section 211 of the Telecommunications Act 1997 continues in existence under and subject to the provisions of this Act.

(2) The Universal Service Reserve is a component of the Reserved Money Fund.

(3) The Universal Service Reserve is to be administered by the Department.
