The search powers include seizing a thing from premises if:
(a) entry to the premises is under a warrant; and
(b) the authorised officer finds the thing in the course of searching for the kind of evidential material specified in the warrant; and
(c) the authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds that the thing is other evidential material; and
(d) the authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds that it is necessary to seize the thing in order to prevent its concealment, loss or destruction.
