TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 10

10. Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by inserting in sub-section (1) ", or is expected to be," after "there
is"; and

   (b)  by inserting after sub-section (1) the following sub-section:

"(1A) A person appointed under sub-section (1) to act during a vacancy shall
not continue so to act for more than 12 months.".
