TRADE PRACTICES REVISION ACT 1986 No. 17 of 1986 - SECT 13
Commission to comply with directions of Minister and requirements of the Parliament
13. Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1)
(b) "not including, except as mentioned in paragraph (a), functions or powers
related directly or indirectly to Part VII" and substituting "not being
directions relating to the performance of its functions or the exercise of its
powers under section 65J, 65K, 65M or 65N or Part VII in relation to
individual cases".
